"While traveling in the area on business, I had an unexpected meeting cancellation and made up my mind to find a hair salon that had decent reviews and availability to do a cut and all over highlights. Ulta was located across the street from my hotel and reviews were good on another review site so decided to drive over. The manager at the salon pleasantly greeted me and promptly introduced me to Melanie who was available. Melanie totally nailed both the cut and color that I wanted. It's not every day that the outcome meets what I envisioned and SO wish she lived near me in Massachusetts as I would be one of her regulars."
