"Second time visiting & will be the last. The Hispanic tech did a fill on my nails, & EVERY SINGLE nail is filed/shaped crooked or uneven. I got a great set prior, with a perfect shape...& she completely butchered it. I’ll have to take them off & get a new set, rather than filling again. She didn’t even hold the nails together on both hands to check the shape/length?! Both hands have different lengths and shapes now....& it’s no longer stiletto the way she filed/butchered them...all she had to do was follow the shape already there. I never leave reviews..let alone negative..but I’m completely disappointed in this visit."
