"My friend and I went together since she had always had a good experience here in the past. I Could smell the employee's kids lunch the whole time, our nails did look decent but feet still felt rough, and our hands were very dry after it was done, and my friend was cut (bled quite a bit) by her tech without any notable apology, and during much of her manicure, the tech was on the phone with what appeared to be children, on speaker. Not an enjoyable experience for the cost."
