"EXTREMELY hateful and rude. I took my two daughters there and asked for a kids package (out of their menu) for them. They did their toes, and after waiting a good ten minutes, I asked if they would be getting their fingernails painted soon. They said they were very busy and it would be another 30 minutes for their hands. They were very rude and my girls were tired of waiting, so I asked to just pay for the kids pedicure. They said no, and when I said that I did not want to pay for services I did not receive, the male manager pointed his finger at me, and yelled loudly in front of all the customers and my children that he was going to call the cops if I would not pay what he said. I am super non-confrontational so I just paid, shaking, and left. I have NEVER had someone be so rude to me. AWFUL experience."
