"First I will say, my stylist was very sweet and my hair cut is fine. Just fine. Now that thats been said...she specifically did exactly what I asked her not to do. I asked for a 'curly hair expert' someone who would know how to style curly hair really well, so I was not expecting someone who straightens their hair. Heat is terrible for your curls. Thats like working at Nike and coming in dressed in Adidas. I specifically told her I did not want to use any type of heat on my hair, so she then proceeded to blow dry and use a flat iron to 'curl' my hair. I left so upset and incredibly unhappy with my experience. What happened to Bella Vita?? They used to be the best in Salem. Now, it's like the building is falling apart, there were huge 'pockets' in the ceiling where it looked like water had leaked and pooled up in one spot, the stylists (IMO) didn't really know what they were doing, and I was told the haircut was a 45 minute appointment, and it ended up being almost an hour and a half. Not only would I NOT recommend this place to ANYONE, I would like my money back."
