"I highly recommend Phan! A friend of mine suggested this place and going to her personally after some not so good experiences I had at other places. And I couldn't have been more satisfied! I went to phan for eyebrow tinting and not only did she do an amazing job... but she made me feel at home. She was the kindest human ever! I was not feeling my best that day and I walked out of this place feeling beautiful again!Thank you phan!! ❤️"
