"Really disappointed with the service that was provided. Went in for a manicure, to relax and unwind and just ended up being upset with the service. My $35 manicure took a total of 30 minutes. No time was spent cleaning up my cuticles. I sat down, nails were filed ever so slightly and she began coloring them. She applied 5 coats of nail polish and left my nails looking thick and uneven. Nail tech needed to blow her nose, so I had to refused the hand massage after she wiped her nose with her hands and didn’t wash them. She honestly didn’t care much about making sure I received good service. I was just glad to see that the little girl next to me was at least getting a better manicure. I guess its a hit and miss with which technician you end up getting, but needless to say I am not going back."
