"Went there yesterday... there was a long line, and the lady who was doing my nails was very nice but rushed the job. On my left hand my cuticles on my thumb and pinkie finger were ripped then had the skin removed. Causing me to bleed a little at the bottom inside the skin. And I am not a professional but I could do a better job. And on the final coat (clear coat) there wasn’t enough put on and it looks rushed... I have had my polish on for a little over 24 hours and my nails have chipped! I would prefer to have a refund."
