"this is the first review i’ve ever written. i’m a very understanding and kind person when it comes to services. i used to work in the service industry and know how mentally draining it can be. this place was recommended by my friend who’s nails always look AMAZING. so i was happy to accompany her to get her nails done as well as a set for myself. i get there and the lady (Sunny) is extremely cold. again, i used to work in service so this didn’t bother me at all, i figured she was just having a bad day. she starts filing my nails down and it’s extremely painful. she broke skin around my nails several times. she then starts using the drimmel to REMOVE MY POLISH (which is a huge red flag after doing my research after the fact) which is extremely painful as well. she’s going so rough at my nails that when she misses my nail and gets her finger tip, she starts BLEEDING. i still had a positive mindset as i thought my nails would still turn out okay like they do on my friend. NOPE. i had a reference photo and wanted the same design, i was told that my nails were “too short” and she would be “changing some of the designs” i said okay. she then proceeded to do COMPLETELY different designs on each hand. when i politely told her that the designs weren’t the same on each hand she was extremely annoyed and told me that i had approved this. when i approved different designs, i assumed each hand would be the same. i guess not! my nails are STILL not the same from hand to hand, the skin around my nails and cuticles are extremely painful, and my nails are extremely uneven. in the 5 years i’ve been getting my nails done i’ve never had this bad of an experience. my usual place is worth the drive. i would give zero stars if i could. don’t waste your money:)"
