"I made two appointments for mani pedis but when I got there they were frustrated that we were doing both because there were a lot of walk ins so nails were rushed. Nails were messy and had bubbles in them and cracks. Some nails are rounded and others are square. Staff seemed frustrated and came off as slightly rude."
