"There where lots of issues with a hair color cut and highlight that took two days and three tries to get anywhere close to right. My two biggest were the toner that I was told needed to be put on my hair to keep it from looking brassy had a $16.00 charge attached, that no one mentioned. Second when you leave after the first very unsuccessful day and they tell you you must pay and then the “fix” to your hair will be no charge. I would think there should be no charge until your happy or at least all attempts have been made. I was a first time customer who probably wouldn’t be so upset had I at least been offered a partial refund, much less extra charges for toner."
