"Witnessed the assistant manger Denise extremely rude to the customer in front of me today. The customer was trying to return an item she purchased online and although she has the print out of her online statement the assistant manager took it to extreme and was waving the paper all around saying she could not find it in the computer and could not do the exchange. The customer ended up taking their items and leaving. Denise the assistant manager continued her frustration out upon helping me. Please remove employees from customer service who have no wiliness to help customer and treat them rudely at the counter. I ended up leaving with no purchase and drove to Ulta across town and was greeted with kindness and a helpful employee."
