"Stopped in to get a gel manicure and was told the wait would be 50 minutes. Since i didn't have an appt, i had no problem sitting and waiting until my turn was up. I told the receptionist I'd wait and after she tried to persuade me to leave and come back later, she proceeded to then tell me they 'can't get me in today because there's only 1 person who does the gel manicures'. Are you kidding me? Only 1 person there does the most basic nail service you could pretty much ask for? For that fact and the lack of accomodation I couldn't get out of there fast enough and take my business elsewhere!"
