"I went in for a trim today and they gave me a full haircut and blow out without asking me. Then they charged me for both and said that everybody knows that you’ll be charged for leaving with dry hair. The receptionist started yelling at me and said they spent a lot of money on their education and it’s not fair for someone to have their hair dried for free. Both me and my sister have gone there before and have never received such horrible customer service. She charged me the full price without my authorization then asked me to leave. Monica did a great job on my hair, but they need to respect their clients."
