"Customer service is EVERYTHING for a business and if you lack that no matter how good you are, you will lose business. With that being said there customer service skills are horrible and have very nasty attitudes. I’m paying for a service I shouldn’t feel like I’m begging you to do something for free. I tried 2x with them for a pedicure and the work was good but the attitudes turn me off so now I’m looking for a new place."
