"For a salon that claims to be upscale and charges accordingly, it was terribly disappointing. My wife and I arranged salon services for her and a couples massage for our 10 year anniversary afterwards. She is a regular salon client and had always wanted to try a massage. Our appointment was a few hours after they were open which we hoped meant a calm visit. We were wrong. Apparently during open hours, the employees and friends of the employees treat the complimentary client only jacuzzi as a hang out spot to eat and drink wine. We will not return again."
