"This is a nice setting but on multiple occasions they have shown no regard for my appointment being on time. Currently waiting 25 mins past the appointment time and not even acknowledged. Ironically they call you to confirm and tell you your credit card will be charged if you are very late but they can make you wait indefinitely."
