"Normally they do a pretty good job on my nails... But on this day they did not. Got there at 6:10. They were packed but a lady started my pedicure. After I was done lyn started to take my sns off nails... so she gets done and perceeds to tell me another lady would be doing my nails and by this time it is 7:10 and there was someone else before me. I came in before any of the other women who were going before me. She said 30 minutes I said no. They said come back tomorrow. I just don’t understand why I the customer wasn’t right. I had been there before everyone else who was serviced before me and I come every two weeks to get my daughter and my nails done. It’s ok they lost 2 customers."
