"Just awful. Staff were nice enough, but clearly cannot cut hair. I was told I would have an inch off my hair, which was halfway to my waist. I looked down to see around 6 inches of hair dropping to the floor. My hair was cut so short it just about reached my shoulders. The back is shorter than the front and there are areas of different lengths. Ponytails are going to have to be my friend for months to come. I was in absolute shock and utterly devastated. The person cutting my hair commented that ‘at least hair grows back’.Mum to Maddox"
