"The customer service is awful here. I have been coming here on and off for about a year and the service has always been inconsistent. I got my nails done today and it was the most uncomfortable experience of my life. The girl doing my nails made me feel nonexistent. She sat there and chit chat in her home language with another girl next to her who was just sitting there watching tv on her phone. I wanted to feel welcomed and to be treated with respect. I received NONE of that. I felt like a bother and a burden. My nails were ok but I’m never coming back here again. I believe in serving people, kindness and care goes a long way."
