"Went in for a Mani/pedi. Was told it would be 30 min. I waited over an hour and they started working on customers who came in after me while I was still waiting. I went to leave because I really couldn't wait anymore. When questioned, I told them this and the owner yelled at me because he didn't have anybody to help me. Sorry but not my idea of good customer service."
