"A woman in the store had been there for over an hour because the worker had screwed up her nails twice, she said she wanted to leave and that she would not pay $45 for the pedicure as she had not even had her nails painted, she said she would pay $20 and when she handed the money to the manager, the manager ripped the money up and threw it in the trash in front of everyone. Upon this happening my mom switched her pedicure from a deluxe to a basic because she wanted to get out of there...when she did this the manager started yelling at her that no one works for free. Terrible customer service. DON’T GO HERE."
