"I have never gotten a worse pedicure in the last 28 years. As I told the technician that I wasn’t happy with my pedicure (she only used a pumice stone) she proceeded to argue with me and try to sell me an up charge just to do the basics! Like smoothing out callous feet!! When I protested about the up charge she instead called her manager and wasted more of my time!! I couldn’t believe we were actually having a back and forth discussion on what the basic pedicure is and that she was ready to paint my nails with leaving my feet loook like that! Never coming back again."
