"UNSANITARY and UNPROFESSIONAL experience. I went to this nail establishment with my daughter and had the worst experience. They did not sanitize their tubs or use protection liner. When I asked why they didn’t have liner they said they cleaned the tub with Lysol spray but when the girl overflowed the tub there was someone else’s debris floating in the water and my feet never even got in the tub yet. They tried using used nail files and when I stopped them and asked for new files they charged me $9 and rolled her eyes at me. According to NY State law you are supposed to use a new file on each client and sanitize the utensils used and this place failed to follow this important law for sanitation. I called to speak to the owner about my experience and was told not to come back and hung up on. No apologies whatsoever. I am extremely disappointed and feel bad for anyone who experiences anything as close to I did."
