"I’ve been going to Vic’s about 4 years on & off. Some of the techs do a great job, take their time & do things correctly. But, I had Julie on Saturday & OMG!!! My feet & big toes are killing me from her scrubbing so hard. My nail cuticles are destroyed. They are so sore, & I have cuts & now hangnails on every finger. I will NEVER let her do my stuff again if I decide to go back."
