"I have been going here for a little over 2 months now because it is close and convenient to my home. Every single time I went there, I left feeling unsatisfied. I was rushed, the quality was horrible, I was disrespected and the customer service was nothing above average. Some of the nail techs actually do a great job, but you MUST make an appointment if you want someone decent and you want your nails done properly!! The only Pro's based on my experience is the lady that does eyebrows (She's Amazing) and they serve chilled soda, water and wine. After giving this place multiple chances, I now know that it's 100% worth it to just go somewhere else."
