"I went in to change my nail color. Just a regular manicure. My nails are long. I grew them out after years of not being able to have them long at my old job. So my nails are pretty important to me. I was refused service because they thought it was acrylic. They embarrassed me in front of the store. Claiming that a clear coat put to protect my nail was powder. If they actually took the gel off all the way, they would that it was real. They had me leave with half my nail color scratched off. Some worker there said he’s been there 21 years and clearly he does not know his craft. He then claimed that I was only trying to be cheap. I’m not sure who runs this establishment but this is god awful. I only went here because my other nail shop was booked and this was last minute. I will not be retuning, GO TO ALLURE NAILS ACROSS THE STREET! They are professional and treat people with respect. I might be taking legal action because I should not be yelled at to go somewhere else. That’s not good business especially when I was calm and respectful towards them. Work on your people skills!"
