"HORRIBLE SERVICE I used to deal with Julie the manager but the new manager informed me that she is the boss now. I had an appointment at 3 signed in and waited until 3:30, checked to see how much longer I'd have to wait they said 2 mins and I should have told them I had an appointment. 10 mins later I got to finally sit down. Then she filled up the chair while I stood there waiting for the tub to full. Had us sit then began to reach between our legs and feet to screw on drains and add the blue stiff. I just came to get a relaxing pedicure and at this point I'm over it. Then the pedicure chair I am in over flies and she doesn't even care. I was telling them how unrelaxing this experience has been they got nasty defensive and I basically felt put out! I left and will spend my money else where since they can't keep the nice atmosphere like Julie had in there"
