"Have been to this place several times, unfortunately!! They always put me on a waiting list and tell me it “is only going to be 10 minutes!” My minimum wait is always over 1 hour+, then they tell me “I should have made an appointment, after waiting for over 1 hour. I am going to find a more friendly nail and spa location that is more professional!!!!!!"
