"If I could give less I would. I used to go there a lot years ago, and I decided to come back. I wish I didn't. Horrible job even from trusted technicians from the past. Lana was doing my nails, cut my skin while cutting off cuticles and drilling and stopped it with glue, she laughed it off saying I bleed easily. The gel nail polish had bumps underneath, which really bothered me. The nail polish was not even close to my skin, it looked like I've been wearing it for a week but I just did a refill today ! She charged me additionally for 'changing the shape' where in fact she only filed my nails a little just like they do at other salons without additional charge. Also, she didn't honor a coupon saying that she's doing too good of a job to honor any. Went back with complaints and received the dirtiest looks from everyone as they were talking probably about me in another language. She fixed what I asked for but now some of my nails have 3 coats of nail polish and other have 2, you can see slight difference in the color. Never going back. Save yourself from her attitude and go somewhere else!"
