"I have never had a single complaint about Anntinas until my last visit. My pedicure was great as always, and the employee that did them was very thorough. However my gel manicure was not good at all. The color did not match up nor did it completely cover, and the employee was not helpful in matching and was rushing me. I had to wait 50 min to be served. On top of that, my grandmother who went with me waited more than 2 and a half hours just waiting alone until someone asked her if she needed service, and her name was right under mine. One employee sat at their station doing nothing, when I know very well they do pedicures, and another purposefully ignored my grandmother and took another customer who signed in after and did not appear to have an appointment. The employee that ignored my grandmother spent 20-30 minutes talking to others, constantly on her phone and not doing anything related to her job description, and going outside during the salons supposed busiest time but there were only 5 people in besides my grandmother and myself. After years of great service at Anntinas, I am extremely disappointed in the overall service and will not be going back any time soon, if not at all."
