"Waked in on a Sunday afternoon after not going here for awhile. I told Hannah I wanted my nails filled, cut down & picked a gel polish. When I showed her where the fill didn’t cover the nail on my thumb she just look at it. She didn’t bother to ask what shape or length I wanted & the polish was messy, bubbled, was sticky & started to peel off that evening. Shoddy job. I used to really like it there but this was a bad experience."
