"We used to live behind Angel's nails and my wife went there religiously, they did a great job! In Dec I bought her a gift card to use in the Spring for Christmas. We moved and lost 'the physical gift certificate. After going through our remaining boxes and coming up empty my wife went in with the credit card receipt explaining the situation. I guess due to 'poor documentation' on their part they couldn't confirm the actual credit card charge to their ledger for the same day / time and denied service saying they have to have the actual gift card. We would have been willing to keep driving over there even though it was quite the distance. Sadly they have lost our business."
