"Tried to talk me out of the color I wanted.They were rude when they could not remove my polish from another nail salon. Not my normal nail place but was in the area and I had time to kill. Huge mistake. I had been here one other time and had not had the best experience but figured it was just a one time thing and would give them another try. They broke my nails when they couldn't remove the no chip from some where else, when I made the suggestion to file a little more and then let soak for a bit more they snapped my head off (they were not busy it was a Thursday morning about 10am). Cut my cuticle instead of my nail and then acted like I had done something wrong. Horrible experience and four days later my toe polish is completely chipped and my no chip is peeling. Never again."
