"If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My experience there was not pleasant. I would not recommend getting a bikini wax there and to just go to Bombshell in shortpump or Carytown instead. Not worth my money, and definitely not worth my time. My appointment was also moved the day of, which was probably the least upsetting/annoying thing about my experience."
