"Stumbled upon this place by accident thinking it was a salon I had been to before. Since I was on a time crunch, I decided to get my nails done here. Basic manicure. The lady did not even do a hand massage with lotion. I had to apply lotion myself at the end. She also asked me to pay before she finished. Usually I can understand a Vietnamese accent but this woman's English was so bad that I did not even understand the question. The paint job was horrible. Then she sprayed the quick dry so close to my fingers that I actually got a rash from it. She also did not ask me what shape I want my nails to be filed in. Not that I would have understood her even if she did."
