"I use to enjoy getting gel manicures here. I visited yesterday after giving my nails a year to breath and no polish or anything done to them. I was asked to sit at a station after picking my colors and some comes over and started filing my nails. Not normally done this way, but after the second Nail I tell her I have no polish just the ones I was testing she smiled and gestures as if she didn't understand stand. By the time she started filing my thumb I asked her to stop she was filing my Nail to thin. I even compared my nails so she could see the difference, all she was it's ok, then she placed acetone and foil after telling her again I had no polish. So finally she has some translate, I told them what was happening and her response was 'She thought you has a french gel cause of your nails'. So because my natural nailbeds are light pink and tips are white she had to destroy my medium length, not thin nails (makes no sense) you work on nails you can tell if someone has polish on. Now my right hand thumb nails us so think it's already splitting down the nail bed, and btw it hurts. And apparently they couldn't find a way to help fix my nail, and I never received an apology. Now I will go my old Nail salon that I would have gone to if it wasn't in studio city. But they will be able to help my Nail from splitting more. NEVER COMING BACK."
