"Walked in today for a standard pedicure and manicure. After being told sure hey had time, I sat in a cold water pedicure chair for 30min waiting. When they began, finally, the tools weren’t sterilized, just moved from one person to me. Toes are pretty but definitely going elsewhere next time. Didn’t stay to have my manicure since over an hour had passed already."
