"Before I write this review, I would like to say that I will be writing a police report for the money that has been stolen from me, and reporting this incident to the Better Business Bureau. This place doesn’t even deserve a one star rating. If you are a potential customer looking to get your nails done, please... please DO NOT waste your time and money at this fraudulent place. I am not the only one who they have ripped off and stolen from. These people are deceitful and will take full advantage of you!I had by far the worst experience here! I have also never been so disprespected by a business who is supposed to provide good service. The first thing I would like to say about this experience is that I (like anyone else in this world) intended to pay for what was clearly stated on a pricing list. This, was not the case. A full set acrylic nails is $35 and an additional $10 for gel. So when I saw that the lady who did my nails charged my card $72, I of course asked why. She explained that there was a $7 tax (red flag #1- of all the years that I have had my nails done, no nail establishment included tax in their services). Hoping that this was a miscommunication, I asked for a refund. When the lady refused the deserved refund, I asked for the manager. The manager also refused to give me one and insisted (while yelling and banging a broom near my feet) that if I wanted a refund, she would need to take my nails off. Feeling frustrated that I was clearly being ripped off, I asked for both the managers name and the lady who did the service. (Red flag #2)-the manager demanded that if I wanted a name, that I would need to walk over to her desk, go through her personal belongings, and grab it myself. Like any normal person, I said no and insisted that she do her duties and fulfill good customer service. When she came back, she pointed at a BLANK card and said this is my name... (remember, blank card.. no names at all). I walked out of this place feeling so shocked and upset that my money was stolen from me, and I wasn’t getting anywhere with these people. After a little time passed, I assumed that it would be a good idea to call this nail place and ask for the managers name (hoping someone else would answer the phone and provide it for me). The man I spoke to on the phone was just as rude and unprofessional as the manager. He expressed that asking for a managers name is just an “opinion” and that he does not need to tell me.This conversation I had on the phone was recorded (just in case this exact outcome would happen over the phone).Later, I thankfully learned that the managers name is Linh and the woman who worked on my nails is named Hannah. Linh is very aggressive and unprofessional. If this nail establishment is reading this review, just know that your rip-off days will soon be over (crossing my fingers and praying that the police report I make will do just that)."
