"I understand you're paying for a service. However, I don't understand squeezing every penny you can out of clientele. Additionally, I know that you should keep customers moving. More customers, more profit. However, you shouldn't make them feel rushed and do a sloppy job on their nails. I'm not normally a one star reviewer. I have to be severely mistreated or disappointed. After being treated poorly here and talking to friends, apparently I'm not the only one. It seems to be a running theme with this establishment."
