"The nail tech I had was very rude and unprofessional! I told her that I wanted my nails square and asked her not to file the sides down too much. She ignored every directive, and rolled her eyes every time I said something. When she was done she wouldn't carry my bag to the drying station, I ruined my nails from grabbing my own bag. This lady was horrible and had a bad attitude."
