"My experience was wonderful from when I walked in the door. The women at the front desk were very sweet and friendly. Derek was amazing. He was clearly busy but treated me like I was his only client of the day. He listened to what I didn't like about my hair and what I wanted, and talked to me about exactly how he would make it happen. He even planned out the cut so it would last me 10-12 weeks. He is an obvious educator and he described how and why he was making certain cuts based on the initial problem areas I told him about. He was conversational but quiet and concentrated when he needed to be, so I NEVER got the impression he was lost in talk and possibly not paying attention to what he was doing. He is a HIGHLY skilled artist and true gem. I have already booked 2 more appointments with him!"
