"Terrible experience! I went to have a gel manicure and regular pedicure. The nail tech scraped off my existing gel polish with a nail file which I have never seen or heard of before. It was painful since she repeatedly caught my cuticles with the file. It also damaged my nails since she was way too aggressive. I don't know what kind of base and to coat they used, but it took ages to get it off when I went back to my regular nail tech two weeks later. She had to soak my nails repeatedly and scrape it off bit by bit to avoid further damage to my nails. I'll NEVER go back here and do NOT recommend it at all."
