"I typically don't take the time to write reviews because I tend to be a very busy person but my experience at this nail salon was the worst that I have come to encounter. I travel often for work around the country so I don't always go to the same nail salon and I am experienced in the whole process. I am a very polite person and started off by always greeting my nail tech with a smile and asking how their day was. This nail salon has prices listed on a wall that clearly say $22 for full set with nail polish and $35 for full set with gel. They tried to charge me $35 for my nails because they said I wanted long nails... these nails are clearly short and clearly nail polish. The lady doing my nails did not take her time on me; she glued on the nails, powdered them, filed, and than was ready to paint... a process I have had take anywhere from 1-3 hours took 10 mins. While doing so she cut me twice with the nail file and once with one of her tools. I was bleeding a good amount but like I said I am very polite and didn't even complain I just told her its okay, she didn't apologize. The nail Tech several times insisted that it was not her fault and that my skin is just sensitive, how ever I have only been cut one other time at any other nail salon and never been told this before... I ignored it however and just told her it was okay. The nail Tech painted one hand than told me I needed to pay before she could finish. I said okay and gave her my chase sapphire reserve credit card, my card has never ever been declined before. I have worked in places before using credit card machines and I know that once the transaction starts to print the receipt even if you press cancel the transaction will continue but the recipe will go blank. She gave me the card back and told me my card wasn't working... I told her try it again and she wouldn't. i asked to see the recipe and she ripped it in half and gave me the blank half. I asked to see the machine and see where it says that it was declined because its never done that before and she told me no I need to go to an ATM and get cash.. I pulled up my credit card on my phone through the app and showed her that it did work and she told me no that it didn't work I need to go get cash. Clearly showed in the pictures I was using that card through out the day. She told me it didn't go through that it says pending. Anyone knows it takes about a day for a transaction to go through especially working in a business like that. I walked out with one horribly painted hand and the other unpainted. I am so throughly unsatisfied with this establishment, I know this is a lot of writing but I recommend to not waste your money here. Even more so annoyed that now my nails will look bad for my sisters wedding."
