"I use to go to this nail salon every two weeks. I loved the environment and I never walked out of there without 100% satisfaction. I wrote them a lovely review about a year ago, when it was ran by a different manager. Now that's it's under new management, I will never go back there again. I walked in a few weeks ago, the receptionist greeted me in such a disgust. She didn't even acknowledge me for a few minutes because she was too busy hanging out with her friend. I asked her a simple question and she looked at her friend and rolled her eyes. I'm not blind honey, I can see you. Learn how to respect your clients. I really hope she's not the business owner because if she is then her business will not be successful.After showing such disrespect, I simply just walked out of there without getting my nails done."
