"Most unprofessional place I've ever been to. I went there for waxing in the past it was always fine then I make a hair appointment and it was a disaster. I got a call first asking if I wanted to reschedule my appointment because of a impending storm. I proceed to say no because I want to see how the weather is going to be. I then get badgered and treated very rudely until I finally just cancel the appointment. I then write a review here to complain about the poor service. I receive an apology and delete the review. I go in for another wax and reschedule my hair. I then receive a call from a RECEPTIONIST saying my business is no longer welcome there because of my bad review. I ask to speak to the owner and she is 'not there' I then ask for her to call me back. It has been almost two weeks and nothing. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Sue and Tracy both are unprofessional and rude. My original complaint was about poor receptionist service, they take my money for waxing, but now I'm no longer welcome there because of a bad review."
