"I called the spa today to schedule services for myself and my mom. After reading some of these reviews I felt obligated to post my experience. I spent about 25-30 minutes on the phone with , I believe , the owner of the spa discussing some issues my mom has been having. She took the time to explain the different specialties the therapist have and then scheduled my mom with the best person possible for her issues. She never made me feel rushed or was rude in any way shape or form. For someone to post a review before giving a place a try is not professional. I will follow up my review with my experience once our services have been completed. But so far I’m impressed with the level of professionalism and I’m looking forward to our spa day."
