"My daughter and I went to this salon today to get pedicures. They have kid pedicure chairs, which is what she was wanting. The chairs were in terrible condition and the surface was peeling off. I also watched as they finished my daughter's pedicure and they didn't clean the bowl. I'm mortified that I allowed her to sit in that chair. The cleanliness of the entire salon was subpar and I watched, who I assume was the owner, speak rudly to at least separate 3 customers during our visit. There are so many other choices in Rome that I am shocked this place is still open. On a good note, we didn't have to wait during a peak time (noon on Friday), but now I know why.**And in response to the owners reply, this review was written before we returned for a touch up later in the day (when you claim my child was running). I observed you being rude to basically every customer in the store while I was getting my pedicure. I was omit you being rude to me and my child from the review, but since you bring it up. When we returned later in the day to correct a mess up of my pedicure my child was NOT running around the shop. She was very well behaved and she WAS walking around close to my seat. I waited a lengthy amount of time and she cannot be expected to sit for that long at her age. If you don't want children at your shop, maybe get rid of those nasty kids chairs?**"
