"a disaster. I have gone here for a while but my last 3 experiences have been horrifying. The bleach left my scalp with a chemical burn and now almost a week a since my appointment i’m having significant hair loss and my scalp is scabbed. My hair isn’t what i want at all even after going back to get it fixed. I also got my eyebrows waxed here and it was horrendous my eyebrows were uneven and the tail had been cut very short, making my face look extremely weird. I’ll try to attach a picture. I literally never leave negative reviews but my scalp is damaged, my hair is falling out, and my hair is over bleached and yellow with a disturbing mix of cool tones and warm tone blondes. steer clear of this place at all costs. The hairdressers are nice but maybe poorly trained i’m not sure. I used to have nice hair and now my hair is something i’m not proud of at all. not to mention, it’s falling out of my head in pretty significant amounts. my right ear is also scabbed inflamed and red but seems to be calming down by day 7. Just please go anywhere else and save yourself the trauma"
