"I had a pedicure yesterday afternoon 9-21-18 with Helene. I was disappointed. My pedicure took 28 minutes. I paid $31. But basically it was an express pedicure. Well 1 foot was soaking she started pushing back and cutting my cuticles without even letting it soak or putting the lotion on first. She barely Filed and barely buffed. While the atmosphere is beautiful and the salon is clean I expect a pedicure to take 45 to 60 minutes unless you charge an express price. So going... here is hit or miss it depends on how much your technician really cares about the job. If she cared more she would get bigger tips. I am normally a very good tipper but when you don't get what you pay for you can't even feel good about leaving something. I sure hope the owner addresses this and has a talk with this person.
